But Gordon understood our vision and created plans that would turn this modest, century old Californian bungalow into a spacious, modern home. Positioned on a hill overlooking the Northern Wairoa river and surrounding farmland, the new design with the large deck allows us to make the most of the gorgeous views. Gordon turned the plans into a 3D walk through that made me feel I was looking at my house and then walking through it virtually. Gordon dealt with the council demands and I had very few dealings with them. He also worked closely with the builder making sure everything was how it should be. The experience was a positive one and I would and have recommended Gordon to anyone wanting to build their home. I love my house and wouldn't change a thing.
