But Gordon understood our vision and created plans that would turn this modest, century old Californian bungalow into a spacious, modern home. Positioned on a hill overlooking the Northern Wairoa river and surrounding farmland, the new design with the large deck allows us to make the most of the gorgeous views. The 3-metre-high stud makes rooms spacious and airy. We love the new design and are looking forward to many happy years here."

Gordon turned the plans into a 3D walk through that made me feel I was looking at my house and then walking through it virtually. Gordon dealt with the council demands and I had very few dealings with them. He also worked closely with the builder making sure everything was how it should be. The experience was a positive one and I would and have recommended Gordon to anyone wanting to build their home. I love my house and wouldn't change a thing.
